DESPAIR FORGOTTEN

Despair Forgotten is the 3rd single from JUST!JOSH's debut album Stories Of A Forgotten Past and released on 17th March 2023. The track was written during Josh's time at university in 2022 and is 4:16 in length.

The track itself was written about the dullness and monotony that life can sometimes be, and how people can get trapped in a downward spiral leading to a cry for help and inevitably giving up completely! In addition to this it also includes around 15 seconds of silence at the end of the piece, which is meant to represent the stillness and quietness of death and give the audience a moment to reflect of themselves.
